Noelle's wellness diary


Each week, our Commercial Manager Noelle will write about her wellness journey which she is taking alongside WW Ireland

I had a good week last week, sticking to my plan and tracking my food. I am not the best cook but thank God I have a husband who is excellent at cooking and I do love a hearty dinner so our portion size class this week was good. I have found a smaller plate so all is good and we were given lots of tips to ensure we stay on track.

That being said I had a friend’s birthday at the weekend so dinner out and a couple of drinks later and of course the follow up fry on the Sunday morning. I hope I haven’t done to much damage but I did enjoy it immensely….!

So, it’s back to keeping on track for the rest of the week and with lots of tasty healthy recipes online. There is no excuse for me everything from jacket potatoes with toppings for lunch to pasta and salmon for dinner.

I also went out shopping with my pal before we had dinner and I tried on a couple of outfits and to my surprise I am down a dress size. Some of the outfits I did try on looked pretty good, so I am feeling a lot better about my appearance as well which is important.

Wish me luck for the rest of the week and let nothing derail my plans for the week and I will let you know how I get on Tuesday next!
